Overview
The Change Management Practitioner is an instructor-led, hands-on certification training course. This course covers how to change employees’ attitudes towards change, which is often perceived with fear and resistance. Candidates also develop their communication skills, which will help them to effectively address resistance to change. The course also covers how to apply knowledge of change management in real work scenarios.
The Change Management Practitioner course provides a sufficient understanding of how to apply and adapt change management guidelines to a specific organisational change situation. Candidates learn to start applying change management approaches and techniques in a real change initiative with appropriate guidance upon completion of the course. The success of trainees will be determined by their individual change management experience, the complexity of the change initiative and the support provided to apply change management approaches in their working environment.
This course is available in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth, Hobart and throughout Australia Live Virtually.
